End-to-end delivery
We carry the project end to end — one accountable team across every discipline, held to the schedule, the budget, and the outcome. Nothing else.
We turn capital and chips into energized, operating compute — from power generation to the compute hall, across five continents. Hyperscale-ready AI infrastructure, delivered.
The capital is committed. The chips are on allocation. What’s missing is the muscle to energize on schedule — to procure long-lead gear, clear interconnection, and execute in hard geographies where the grid wasn’t built for gigawatts of new load.
This is the constraint Leopold Aschenbrenner has argued will gate the buildout: the bottleneck is electrons and execution, not silicon or funding. We take no position on AGI timelines. We take a position on delivery.
We carry the project end to end — one accountable team across every discipline, held to the schedule, the budget, and the outcome. Nothing else.
Transformers, switchgear, generation, cooling — long-lead risk goes on the critical path day one, not month six. We procure ahead of the curve in hard geographies.
One scope from power generation to the compute hall. No seams between the energy build and the data hall — the two are planned and delivered as a single system.
Onsite generation, integrated with the compute hall.
We lead with the cleanest source that meets the schedule, cost, and reliability the project demands. Renewables and BESS first; cleaner thermal and fuel-cell pathways where they fit; and when the project calls for gas — bridging or primary — we select the cleanest form of gas generation. Precise — not green-washed.
The power approachWe engineer closed-loop cooling that draws near-zero water in steady state, target a PUE of 1.2 or lower, and decarbonize by prioritizing renewable energy with the lowest carbon footprint the site allows.
